COCKTAIL SAUSAGE WRAPS

MAKES 24 PIECES

You have had these little guys at many a cocktail party. The recipe is from Pillsbury, but I added a little flavor twist. Hope you enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

1/2 pound fully cooked smoked sausage cocktail links

Grated sharp cheddar cheese

Finely minced onion

Heat oven to 375° F. Separate the dough into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 triangles. Press a little cheese and onion onto each triangle. Place the sausages on the short side of the triangle and roll up. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve warm. These are good with some honey or stone ground mustard for dipping.
