These recipes for appetizers, hors d'oeuvres, dips, spreads and other party foods are some of my favorites. Placing them in categories for ease of browsing was difficult, mainly because some can be used interchangeably. For example, all of the hors d'oeuvres are wonderful on a party buffet, but some can also be used as a first course appetizer. I hope you find what you are looking for....and enjoy!

(Toppings listed that were originally used in pizza recipes should be placed on bruchetta and broiled just until the cheeses melt slightly. Alternately, they may be placed in a serving bowl at room temperature with the bread served on the side so each guest may top their own.)
