(Toppings listed that were originally used in pizza recipes can be made as is and then cut into finger-size pizza bites. If preferred, they can be placed on bruschetta instead of pizza crust and broiled just until the cheese melts. Alternately, they can be placed in a serving bowl at room temperature with the toast served on the side so each guest can top their
own. Some of the other spreads are equally good in Party or Tea Sandwiches, as indicated in the recipes.)
