HERBED BUTTER

MAKES 1/4 CUP

This is great on grilled beef steaks or roasts. The herbs can be adjusted to any taste.

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup butter, softened (I always use unsalted)

1 large clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly to combine. Let set at least 30 minutes before using to allow the flavors to blend.
