This is a collection of bread recipes, some of which have been passed down through several generations, others that are of my own creation. Anyone who has made bread will tell you that there is nothing quite like it. The feel of a perfectly kneaded dough, the smell that permeates the house while baking, and the satisfaction of having successfully baked that beautiful, earthy loaf is worth all of the effort. With today's modern appliances, such as food processors, heavy-duty mixers and bread machines, the task of making even a yeast bread is a simple one.
