MAKES A 2 POUND LOAF
This is an excellent whole grain bread recipe. Using some all-purpose flour with the whole grain flour keeps it very light, making it perfect for toasting or sandwiches. This recipe is for the bread machine, but can be made using other kneading and baking methods.
INGREDIENTS
Place ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturer's instructions for a 2 pound, wheat bread, medium crust loaf. Cool completely before slicing.
