EIGHT GRAIN BREAD BM

MAKES A 2 POUND LOAF

This is an excellent bread. With the additional all-purpose flour, it is a very light grain bread. This recipe is for the bread machine but can be used in other methods.

INGREDIENTS

1-1/2 cups warm water

2 tablespoons canola oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon salt

2-3/4 cups all-purpose unbleached flour

1-1/2 cups 8 grain flour (or mixture of grains to equal 1-1/2 cups)

2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Place ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturer's instructions for a 2 pound, wheat bread, medium crust loaf.
