ANY AMOUNT AS DESIRED
This is an elegant and light dessert for any occasion at any time of the year. Use whatever fruits are available. Add some orange juice and a bit of lemon juice. Splash with a liqueur such as orange, cherry or banana-flavored, or a liquor such as cognac, brandy, or white rum, or even a flavorful wine such as port. Mix well, cover and set in the refrigerator for at least two hours and taste for adjustments. To serve, place in stemmed glasses. For an extra touch, pour some champagne over the fruit and watch it bubble. If desired, top with a dollop of whipped cream or sprinkle with a little confectioner's sugar.
