Very easy, delicious and festive. This is great for any special occasion.
INGREDIENTS
To assemble, place enough ice cream to half fill a parfait or sherbert glass. Add creme de menthe as desired. Fill remainder of glass with additional ice cream. Top with whipped cream; decorate with mint leaves.
Variations: Any liqueur may be used as a substitute for the creme de menthe. One of my favorites is Kahlua. For a non-alcohol parfait, use a good chocolate or berry sauce.
