SPICED TAPIOCA PUDDING

I really love Tapioca Pudding and don't make it often enough. This recipe is from the Minute Tapioca box. I just added the spices, flavorings and orange slices.

Make the tapioca pudding according to the ‘quick cook' directions, adding the following:

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground mace

1 teaspoon grated orange rind

Serve chilled or room temperature, garnished with orange slices or segments.
