Easter is a very special holiday for many of us and, as with most holidays,
is celebrated by family gatherings and good food. I have included three menus for the occasion, all of which utilize an abundance of spring produce usually available.
The first is a traditional Pennsylvania Dutch Easter Menu. The second
is a Spring Lamb Menu inspired by Italian traditions and the third, an Easter Dinner Cookout. There are additional traditional recipes at the bottom of the page, including a few from visitors.
