Leftovers...we all have them. The question is what to do with them. They can be saved for a very busy day when planning and preparing a meal is nearly impossible and microwaving would be welcome. But it's fun to take what is leftover and add to it so that you have a whole different presentation. Therefore, this page is a collection of recipes created with leftovers. It is my hope that this will give you ideas of your own. Many of the ingredients can be substituted with similar items. Exact amounts are not included because it depends on the amount you have leftover. Just use your good judgment and imagination. Enjoy!
