LEFTOVER Chicken and Dumplings

 

This idea comes Ruth A. Burbage. Sounds like my kind of leftovers. She writes: "I love Chicken & Dumplings, but with just the two of us it is way too much. After a couple of meals I cut up any larger pieces of dumpling, add more chicken broth, a cup or two of mixed frozen vegetables, and turn it into Chicken-Dumpling-Vegetable Soup.
