(1) The obvious is a Meatloaf Sandwich. It can be eaten at room temperature or hot. If you made gravy, make an open-faced sandwich and spoon some of the gravy on top.
(2) If there is enough meatloaf, slice it and place in a baking dish. Cover with some tomato sauce and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly. You have Meatloaf Parmesan.
(3) Make Meatloaf Parmesan Sandwiches.
(4) These ideas come from Kaye Janet from Michigan. Kaye writes: "Either crumble or cut into large chunks and use as a meat sauce or 'meatball'" with pasta. You can also crumble it and use as the meat for a 'manwich'. Cut it into large chunks and serve in gravy over noodles. Depending on the seasonings, try leftover meatloaf crumbled in chili, or reseasoned for tacos."
