SERVES 4-5
This is delicious and very easy. Serve over lightly Buttered Noodles or rice.
INGREDIENTS
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and stir-fry until starting to brown. Add the salt, pepper and garlic. Continue to stir-fry until lightly browned and done, about 5 minutes. Pour in the wine and reduce slightly, about 1 minute. Add the lemon juice and cook another minute. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes: If you want more sauce, just add more lemon juice. This can be made with chicken or veal strips. I like to add cooked noodles directly to the pan and combine everything before serving.
