Irish Cream Coffee

OH....YUM!!!! This hot beverage recipe for Irish Cream Coffee is not just for special occasions, such as St. Patrick's Day. It is perfect for a quiet, relaxing evening at home. And, with the addition of a whipped cream topping, it can be presented as an easy and delicious adult dessert.

Ingredients

• Freshly brewed hot coffee
• Irish cream liqueur, such as Bailey's (as much as desired)
• Whipped cream (optional topping)

Pour hot coffee into cup or mug, leaving enough space for Irish cream. Add Irish cream and stir. If desired, add whipped cream on top. Serve immediately.
