Double Fruit Shake

Ingredients
- 1 container (16 ounces) extra-creamy plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt (2 cups)
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened strawberries or raspberries, partially thawed
- 1 medium banana, sliced (1 cup)
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
