Grilled Miso Chicken

Serves 4 to 6

Sunny writes: "I know how everyone is always looking for another way to cook chicken. Well, at least I'm always willing to try another way. This is a great recipe to use as a cookout!"

Ingredients

• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup miso
• 1 cup beer
• 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken

Mix together the sugar, miso and beer. Add the chicken to the sauce, refrigerate and marinate overnight. Grill on the barbecue until chicken is done. So easy and oh so good!
