ASSORTED SALAD DRESSINGS

Many of these recipes were collected years ago to combat the salt and preservatives in bottled dressings. They are all very good, and most can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week; blend well to recombine ingredients. Use your favorite greens unless otherwise specified.
