AMOUNT DESIRED
This is the salad dressing I use most often. It is light, easy, very tasty and requires no preparation. The amount of ingredients depends on the amount of greens and individual tastes.
INGREDIENTS
Prepare the greeens and whatever vegetables you are using. Put in large salad bowl. Sprinkle with vinegar, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil and salt and pepper. Sprinkle with desired amount of olive oil and toss. Add grated cheese and croutons; toss just before serving.
Variation: When a slightly creamy salad is preferred, top salad with a dollop (just a little is needed) of mayonnaise or sour cream before tossing. Toss well to incorporate.
