PASTA SALAD WITH CAESAR DRESSING

SERVES 4-6

Every now and then you have to try a different pasta salad. This one is very good.

INGREDIENTS

Cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water until al dente; add the broccoli and peppers during the last 3 to 5 minutes, or until slightly tender. Rinse with cold water to stop the cooking; drain well. Toss with the dressing. Add the cheese and pepper; toss again. Taste for seasoning. Serve at room temperature, adding the croutons just before serving.
