This is a collection of recipes for sandwiches, wraps and pizza. A few have been passed down from my Pennsylvania Dutch family, some I learned from Italian friends, and the remainder are of my creation. There are times when a good sandwich, wrap or pizza is the order of the day, whether for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, an informal party or just a late-night snack. I serve them for a quick, easy and casual dinner one or two nights per week. Don't limit yourself to the usual. There are so many possibilities. Many of my favorite sandwich recipes are made from leftovers and are included below. So, find a favorite and come back soon. If you are feeling extra ambitious, check out the Bread recipes.
