Seafood is one of my favorite foods. There are so many different varieties from which to choose, whether you prefer fish, shellfish or mollusks. When purchasing any seafood, it should always have a fresh, not "fishy", smell. For most preparations, seafood should not be overcooked or it will become dry and tough. Some fish, like salmon and tuna, are best when cooked rare to medium (I prefer medium-rare). They tell us to eat more fish, so check the recipes below and enjoy.
