Seafood is one of my favorite foods. And there are so many different varieties from which to choose. Remember, when purchasing fish, it should always have a fresh, not "fishy", smell. Firm, white-fleshed fish is usually the healthiest. Beware of eating any seafood raw (I admit I love raw clams and oysters). And, no matter what the preparation, never overcook.
