This is quick, healthy and delicious. It would make an easy entree for a special occasion.
INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 450° F. Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a small bowl. (If the butter congeals, microwave just until remelted.) Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin side down. Sear for about 4 minutes. Brush the top of the fillets with the glaze. Place in the oven and bake until done, about 5 minutes. If desired, place under the broiler to lightly brown. Serve immediately, spooning extra heated glaze over top if desired.
