TARTAR SAUCE

MAKES ABOUT 1 CUP

You can buy a tartar sauce, but this is so easy to make. It is best prepared several hours before using. I can my own Pickle Relish, and it is not as sweet as most brand names. However, I know that there are some that are not as sweet as others. Use your favorite.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup pickle relish, more or less if desired

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried, minced onion

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Taste and adjust as needed. Refrigerate; let come to room temperature before using. Serve with Fried Fish.
