I have often made sautéed broccoli, but I wanted something different so I added the Parmesan cheese to this recipe. It is delicious, as well as quick, easy and healthy.
INGREDIENTS
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté until softened, about 1 minute. Add the broccoli, salt, pepper and just enough water to make some moisture in the pan. Cover and cook until tender, about 15 minutes, adding more water if it dries out. When done, sprinkle the top with the Parmesan cheese. Let set until the cheese has melted. Serve hot or room temperature.
