INGREDIENTS
Grind or shred cheese and pimentos and all the liquid. Mix and add enough mayonnaise to make smooth. A small amount makes it a cracker spread. More makes it easier to spread on soft breads. To make a cheese ball, just refrigerate and roll into a ball and roll in chopped walnuts.
Your guests will go nuts over it. I usually make 2 batches as it is a mess in the processor and might as well make a lot. It keeps well and makes the best grilled cheese sandwich.
