CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE

Beth writes: "Here is a great little cake for any time ... summer parties, outside events and on the go days. This is great and easy to take anywhere ... and so good. Hope you enjoy using this as much as I have."

INGREDIENTS

Mix first 6 ingredients together. After you mix this well, using only a spoon, no mixer needed, add the chips. Grease and flour a bundt pan, I use the pound cake pan, and bake at 350° F for 1 hour. When it cools, you can sprinkle confectioner's sugar on it. I usually don't wait for it to cool to cut into it and don't always add the confectioners sugar.
