RHUBARB CAKE

MAKES ONE 9x13-INCH CAKE

INGREDIENTS

Topping:

Mix topping ingredients together and set aside. Preheat oven to 350° F. Place oil in mixer bowl. Add sugar and beat well. Add salt and beat in egg. Add soda and milk mixture and the flour alternately, beginning and ending with flour. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into a 9 by 13 inch pan. Sprinkle topping over top. Bake about 45 minutes.
