Carol writes: "I am sending you a recipe for baked onions. The sauce might sound unusual but it is good. The original recipe called for half as much sauce but I like it moist."
- 1 quart of small onions (does not need to be exact)
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
Peel the onions. Steam until tender. Combine the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and honey. Place onions in a greased casserole dish and pour sauce over all. Cover and bake until bubbly and onions are clear.
