Hot Clam Dip

Dawn writes: "This is like eating baked clams without the shell."


Preheat oven to 350° F. Melt margarine in frying pan and sauté garlic. Add 2 cans of clams with juice. Simmer about 3 minutes. Add dash of lemon juice and Tabasco sauce.

Mix in bowl, bread crumbs, grated cheese, oregano, and parsley. Combine the wet ingredients to the dry. Place in baking pan. Top mixture with a dash of paprika. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
