HOT CLAM DIP

Dawn writes: "This is like eating baked clams without the shell."

INGREDIENTS

Melt margarine in frying pan, sauté garlic, add 2 cans of clams with juice. Simmer about 3 minutes. Add dash of lemon juice and tabasco sauce.

Mix in bowl, bread crumbs, grated cheese, oregano, and parsley.

Combine the wet ingredients to the dry. Place in baking pan. Top mixture with a dash of paprika (optional). Bake for 20 minutes at 350° F. Serve with crackers.
