Honey-Glazed Chicken and Potatoes

- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 8 potatoes, peeled and cut into the shape of orange wedges
- 1 whole chicken, cut-up
Preheat oven to 350° F. Bring the first four ingredients to a boil. Let it boil until it rises to the top of the pan. Immediately take off the burner. Set aside. Place the potatoes in a 13x9-inch pan. Top with chicken pieces. Pour the honey mixture over chicken and potatoes. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
