Mandarin Orange Cake

- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 can mandarin oranges (including juice)
- 1 large tub whipped topping
- 1 box instant pudding
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
Preheat oven to 350° F. Blend cake ingredients well. Bake in a 13x9-inch pan for 35 minutes or until done. Cool.

When cake is cooled, blend together the frosting ingredients. Spread on top of cake. Refrigerate until serving.
Notes: This cake freezes well.
