- 3 cups cold water
- 1 quart fresh strawberries
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cups lemon juice
- 2 cups cold club soda
- Lemon slices, optional garnish
Place water, strawberries and sugar in a blender; cover and blend until smooth. Stir in lemon juice. Blend in soda. Serve immediately, garnished with lemon, if desired.

Notes: Lemonade can be made ahead, without the club soda, and refrigerated until needed. Add the soda just before serving.
