Makes 2 loaves
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1-1/4 cups oil
- 2 packages (10-ounces each) frozen sliced strawberries in syrup, thawed
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients. Stir until well blended. Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour. Cool in pans 10 minutes.
