Mary Ann writes: "We are originally from Western Pennsylvania, and during football season a group of about a dozen get together every Sunday to watch the Pittsburgh
Steelers play ball. Everyone brings a dish - a lot of times the appetizers help out until the half time meal is served! We try to stay with ethnic foods since you can not purchase ethnic cuisine in South Western Indiana. I hope you enjoy the recipe!"
INGREDIENTS
In a microwave safe bowl, heat cream cheese on high for 1 minute. Stir in sour cream, milk, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Add the kielbasa or sausage, 1/4 cup of the onions and the Parmesan cheese. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining onions. Serve with crackers, corn chips or vegetables.
