2X HOT SPINACH DIP

(Submitted by Mary Ellen Vasquez)

SERVES 4 - 6

Mary Ellen writes: "This has always been a real winner with people that like hot foods, but it's also great when using a mild salsa. I've made it both ways, and it's always good!"

INGREDIENTS

Thaw and squeeze excess water from spinach. Put into a covered 1-1/2 to 2 quart microwave dish. Add sour cream and salsa and mix. Add cheeses and mix in lightly. Cover and heat in microwave until bubbly hot and cheese has melted . Serve immediately with tortilla chips for dipping.
