Cheese Grits

Make in any amount desired
Nita writes: "Just thought you might like another way of cooking grits. My mom cooked it this way all the time and boy is it good."
Ingredients
- Water
- Grits
- Velveeta cheese, or similar cheese product
Use amounts of water and grits according to package directions for number of servings desired. After bringing water to a boil, add grits gradually; stir constantly with a whisk. Do this about 5 minutes. Place over a double boiler and let cook at least 15 minutes. Add some cheese to taste. Cook another 45 to 50 minutes.
