Surprise Cherry Cake

Ramona writes: "I found this recipe in the local newspaper. Everyone loves it. I don't know what it was called, but it's the easiest."
Ingredients
- Cooking oil spray
- 4 cups mini-marshmallows
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 12x9-inch cake pan with cooking oil spray. Pour in the mini-marshmallows. Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour over marshmallows. Top with the cherry pie filling. Bake for 35 minutes. Surprise! The cherries are on the bottom. It is a very moist cake.
