CRAB CANAPÉS

Ray writes: "This recipe is a quick and easy, and one that I have always liked."

INGREDIENTS

1 can crab meat (120 grams)

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon curry

Mix, spread on bread triangles. Put on greased cookie sheet. Broil in oven 3 to 4 minutes 6-inches below broiler. Watch closely, these babies go from done to burnt in not time flat!
