Easy Spinach Dip

Starr writes: "This dip is great for a potluck dinner. It is fun served in a scooped out sourdough round."
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach
- 1 jar (8 ounces) mayonnaise
- 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 package vegetable soup mix (Starr uses Knorr brand)
- Crackers for dipping
Thaw spinach and squeeze and drain thoroughly to eliminate excess water. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, soup mix, and drained spinach. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
