EASY SPINACH DIP

Starr writes: ”This dip is great for a potluck dinner. It is fun served in a scooped out sourdough round.“

INGREDIENTS

1 package of Knorr vegetable soup mix

1 jar (8 ounces) mayonnaise

1 container (8 ounces) sour cream

1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach

Crackers for dipping

Thaw spinach and squeeze and drain thoroughly to eliminate excess water. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, soup mix, and drained spinach. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
