SUNNY’S FAMOUS CORNBREAD

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Bisquick or other baking mix

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 tablespoons corn meal

1 cup milk

2 eggs

2 blocks (1/2 pound) butter (NOT margarine!)

Mix all ingredients, pour into 9x13-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 25-30 minutes, or until slightly brown on top. Enjoy when it’s nice and warm, right out of the oven.
