Better than Sex Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
- One tub (small or large, depending on how much you want) whipped topping, such as Cool Whip
- Walnuts or Macadamia nuts (optional)
- Shredded coconut (optional)
Bake cake according to box. Bring pineapple and one cup sugar to a boil, cool slightly, then pour over baked cake. Mix vanilla pudding (using 1/2 cup less milk than indicated), spread over pineapple. Add cool whip, top with sprinkled nuts. Add shredded coconut last.
