MISO CHICKEN

SERVES 4-6

Sunny writes: "I know how everyone is always looking for another way to cook chicken (well, at least I'm always willing to try another way!) This is great recipe to use as a cook out!"

INGREDIENTS

1 cup sugar

1 cup miso

1 cup beer

3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken

Marinate chicken in sauce overnight. Grill on the BBQ!!! So easy and oh so good!!!
