Barbecued Skewered Pork with Onions, Peppers and Mushrooms

Terrie writes: "I got this great barbecue idea that I tried the 4th of July and it came out great. Black beans and rice are a good side dish. We had some extra shrimp from shrimp cocktail that we did the same to and it was pretty darn good!"
Ingredients
- Boneless pork chops
- Taco seasoning
- Onions
- Green peppers
- Mushrooms
Cut pork chops into 1 inch squares. Toss some taco seasoning on them and put them on skewers with onions, green peppers and mushrooms if you like and grill. Don't forget to soak your wooden skewers before putting them on the grill.
