Easy Baked Barbecue Pork Chops

Serves 4 to 6
- 6 thick-cut pork chops
- 1 can (12-ounces) beer
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Brown chops in pan or on grill. Mix sauce ingredients together. Layer chops in a baking dish. Pour sauce over top. Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours until chops are tender. Cover with foil if chops get to brown.
