Mal de Mer (Green Bloody Mary)

(Shared recipe submitted by Marty Novak.)

Marty writes: "'Mal de Mer' is French for seasickness. The cocktail certainly has Mexican roots, but 'Mal de Mer' sounds more palatable than 'maredo'. We leave it to the reader's intuition as to how it came to be called this. But it is very tasty in moderation."
