Ingredients
Basic Mix
Makes 1/2 gallon of mix
- 1-1/2 pounds tomatillos, husked and quartered
- 1 yellow tomato, quartered (can use 1 cup yellow grape tomatoes)
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and chunked
- 2 jalapenos, stemmed and chunked (remove seeds if you do not like it so hot)
- 3 stalks celery, chunked
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons fresh black pepper
Seasick Marine (Green Beer)
Serves one
- 1/4 cup Basic Mix above
- 1 (12-ounces) can or bottle light beer (Lone Star Light works just fine, but Shiner Light Blonde is good, too)
- Lime wedge
Add Mal de Mer Mix to pint glass. Top carefully with beer and stir. Serve with lime wedge on rim.
