For those occasions when you order-in or take-out Chinese food and find yourself with assorted leftovers, including mounds of rice, do not despair. Most of the items can be mixed together with the rice. Add a little dry sherry and soy sauce. Place in a lightly greased casserole, cover and cook in a preheated 400° F oven for about 1 hour or until hot. Serve your casserole with leftover fried noodles sprinkled on top for crunch. This works equally well with homemade Asian leftovers, such as some of the examples in the similar and related recipes.
