Leftovers...we all have them. The question is what to do with them. They can be saved for a very busy day when planning and preparing a meal is nearly impossible and reheating a meal in the microwave would be welcome. But it is fun to take what is leftover and add to it so that you have a whole different presentation. Therefore, this page is a collection of recipes created with leftovers. It is my hope that this will give you ideas of your own. Every leftover recipe has a link to the original dish. Many of the ingredients can be substituted with similar items. In most cases, exact measurements are not included because it depends on the amount you have leftover. Use your good judgment and imagination. When in doubt, think pasta, soup, casseroles, eggs or sandwiches. Most any food that is leftover can be used in one of those preparations, but there are other possibilities. Enjoy!
