Recipes for Leftover Corned Beef
(with or without cabbage)


Whether you make corned beef and cabbage, as in the similar and related recipes, or just corned beef without vegetables, here are a few quick, easy and tasty ways to use the leftovers.


  • Soup - Use the leftover vegetables, broth, and some of the corned beef. Add some chicken broth if needed, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic and seasonings.
