When I make steaks, whether on the grill, under the broiler or in a skillet, I love to use thick cuts. The problem with that is the portions are usually larger than needed. But there is nothing better than leftover steak for a quick and easy lunch or dinner the next day. Here are a few ideas for using the leftovers.
